Candidates for the position of Officer and above within Hawkeye Security's Federal Division must be of the highest caliber and be willing to be stationed at the needs of the company.
The Federal Division accepts applications for all positions on a rolling basis. Hiring is done at the needs of the company .

Successful initial applicants are invited to take a written examination and following that if an applicant is selected to move forward an Oral Board Interview is conducted. If a candidate is successfully passed through the oral board a psychological interview is required and a packet is started on the applicant. If an applicant is selected for hiring at this point they will be subject to a comprehensive drug and alcohol screening process. In addition the potential recruit must complete the SF86 - Questionaire for National Security Positions. All successful applicants much obtain a minimum of a Secret clearance. As this application is quite time consuming we recommend that any interested applicant start on this part of the process as soon as possible. A copy of the SF86 application may be downloaded here.
All officers are required to have a vehicle operators license and officers stationed outside of the United States must obtain an International Driver's License as well.
